Reseller terms

1. esimdesk is operated by Gjafaland ehf., Aðalstræti 24, Ísafjörður, Iceland.
2. The reseller sells eSIMs in its own name and is responsible to its customers for sales, payments, taxes, store terms and first-line customer contact.
3. The service runs on a prepaid balance. Each issued eSIM deducts the wholesale price. A store cannot issue an eSIM if the balance is too low.
4. The reseller can cancel an uninstalled eSIM in the panel, and the wholesale price returns to the balance. After installation, cancellation needs a request and any refund depends on the eSIM’s state.
5. The reseller must not promise its own network name on the phone, sell eSIMs unlawfully or share its account with third parties.
6. We may set limits, change wholesale prices for future orders and suspend accounts in case of abuse, payment fraud or reversed payments.
7. Contact us about any unused balance.
